InZoi‘s extensive character customization options include the ability to give your Zoi tattoos, although it isn’t immediately obvious how to do this. Use our guide to add tattoos quickly and easily–though note that the options are pretty limited for now.
How to get tattoos in InZoi
The tattoo option is hidden within the customization menus of the character creation screen, and so far we’ve not found any parlors in the city to get tattoos after creating our Zoi.
There are also limited placement options at launch, with Zois only being able to have face or neck tattoos at the moment. To find these options, open the character creator (or choose to edit your Zoi’s appearance in-game) and navigate to the accessories menu.
From there, select “Face Paint” and choose the tattoos you’d like. At the moment, these are mixed between obvious face paint, like hearts under the eyes and leopard print down the side of your face, and tattoos on the face and neck. You can’t currently customize these beyond the color, but Krafton has set expectations for when its tattoo offerings are set to expand.
According to the InZoi roadmap, full-body tattoos are expected to be added to the game around August 2025. We’re assuming these won’t come under the “Face Paint” option at that point, so we’ll update this guide with further instructions once the update has been released.
Later on, AI-generated tattoos will allow for custom designs, so if you’re trying to get your Zoi to match your real-life appearance down to the finest details, this is exactly how you can implement your own tattoos.
