Out of the blue, a stunning 10-minute trailer for Death Stranding 2 has arrived, once again showcasing Kojima’s unmatched flair for creating gripping trailers.

You’ll never guess who decided to drop a 10-minute trailer on a Sunday? That’s right, Kojima Productions has just released a new Death Stranding 2 trailer, and it’s got plenty of both gameplay and cinematics to take in.

A pre-order trailer giving us further peaks into the story, where Sam will be going, and loads of devilishly interesting settings and characters, it’s available to watch right now in Japanese and English. We’ve linked the trailer just below for your viewing pleasure.

We’ll keep a lot of what was shown in the trailer unspoiled so you can watch it yourself, but what we will note is it features a wonderful track by Woodkid: “To The Wilder”, which goes alongside a tonne of gorgeous shots of the game in-engine. It’s a pretty diverse world that Sam appears to be travelling across, which of course makes us want to get our hands on it even more.
